Availability
This rate schedule is available in the area served with natural gas by
the Authority.
Applicability
Service under this rate schedule is for all residential purposes in
living quarters classified by the authority as residential service. It is
also available for use in churches, schools, small commercial businesses,
and where it has been deemed no other Authority rate will apply.
Character of Service
Natural gas, its equivalent, and not to be less than 1,000 British
Thermal Units per Cubic Foot.

Heating Value and Measurement Base
Gas shall be delivered with a heat content of approximately 1,000 BTU per
Cubic Foot and metered at a pressure of four ounces per square inch
gauged.
